Atomic Hawx Prime 130 S Ski Boots 2027
Beschreibung
Bootfitter's Notes
rue-to-size length. True 100 mm fit. Don't let the four buckles fool you—we intentionally stocked the buckle version. For a high-performance 130, we actually prefer the traditional lower buckles. They provide better instep relief for many skiers while still delivering the locked-in feel aggressive skiers are after.
The heel pocket is firm without feeling overly aggressive, and the cuff shape accommodates a surprisingly wide range of lower leg and calf shapes. The instep is generous for a performance-oriented 100 mm boot, making it a great option for skiers who've felt pressure across the top of their foot in other boots.
The one area to pay attention to is the toe box. While it's a true 100 mm last, it's more tapered than boots like the Nordica Speedmachine or Tecnica Mach1 MV. Skiers who are sensitive around the inside of the big toe or outside of the pinky toe may notice it during the first try-on. Fortunately, both the shell and liner heat mold extremely well, making this one of the easier performance boots for us to customize.
If you're looking for a true 100 mm performance boot with excellent heel hold, a generous instep, and a more anatomical fit than the last number suggests, the Hawx Prime 130 should be high on your list.
