Bindings rarely make a ski feel dramatically different.

The Strive is one of the few that actually does.

Designed by the same team behind the Shift and shared across Atomic, Salomon, and Armada, the Strive platform focuses on one simple goal: bringing your boot closer to the ski. The result is better snow feel, quicker edge engagement, and a more connected ride without sacrificing stability.

The Strive doesn't have the absolute lowest stand height anymore—that honor now goes to the new Marker Griffon X—but it still sits noticeably lower than the current Griffon MN and previous-generation Griffons. You feel the difference the moment you tip the ski on edge. Everything feels more direct, more responsive, and more intuitive.

It's also lighter than the STH2 binding it replaced, but don't mistake lighter for weaker. Metal reinforcement in the high-stress areas gives the Strive a solid, confidence-inspiring feel whether you're carving groomers, skiing bumps, or charging through chopped-up snow.

What really stands out is how balanced it feels. Some lightweight bindings can feel nervous or harsh when conditions get rough. The Strive doesn't. It remains smooth, predictable, and powerful while letting the ski flex naturally underneath your boot.

The 14 DIN version is the sweet spot for most advanced and expert skiers. Unless you routinely need release values above 14, there's little reason to move up to the Strive 16.

GripWalk compatibility comes standard, so it'll work with both GripWalk and traditional alpine boot soles.
