Jones Orion Snowboard Bindings 2027
Beschreibung
The Jones Orion sits in a great spot to work well for so many different board pairings as well as riding styles.
It doesn't try to be the stiffest binding in the lineup or overwhelm you with features. Instead, it focuses on building a ride that's comfortable, supportive, and balanced enough to handle just about anything the mountain throws your way.
The medium flex offers enough support to confidently carve, navigate technical terrain, and pick up the pace when conditions are good, while still allowing enough freedom that the binding never feels restrictive. It's equally happy making smooth groomer turns as it is weaving through trees or popping off natural features.
Jones' Skate Tech system is a big part of that overall feel. By transferring energy efficiently toward the edges of your board, the Orion feels surprisingly responsive without relying on excessive stiffness. It creates a connected ride that encourages confidence instead of demanding it.
We also really like the progressive highback. It's stiffer through the lower section where support matters most, while the upper portion has a little more give to keep the binding feeling comfortable and forgiving. It's a subtle difference from similar bindings, but one that helps the Orion strike such a nice balance between response and freedom of movement.
This is a seriously solid option to match up with your medium flex all-mountain board, or for the rider that wants some helpful features without diving into the stiffest binding out there. Balanced, comfortable, and absolutely gets the job done.
